• Leadership & Staff Development: Guides professional and technical teams and fosters accountability.
• Policy, Grants & Regulatory Affairs: Manages funding strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder & Executive Relations: Represents the City before agencies and presents analyses.
