Job summary

LCA WaterWorks in Allentown, PA, is seeking a Planning Analyst to lead long-range water and wastewater system planning and to drive regional infrastructure initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable service and to translate complex data into actionable plans.

You’ll collaborate with municipalities, regulators, and field teams, developing hydraulic models, evaluating capital needs, and guiding projects from planning through design and construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in water or wastewater planning and hydraulic modeling.
• Ability to interpret complex operational data for decision making.
• Familiarity with environmental and utility regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning studies addressing sanitary sewer overflows and water quality challenges.
• Develop treatment solutions and pilot new technologies for reuse.
• Evaluate pipeline crossings and plan for asset protection.
• Direct and support I&I reduction initiatives to improve performance.
• Produce and manage hydraulic modeling, watershed planning, and water supply optimization.
• Collaborate with regulators, municipalities, and internal teams to align strategies.
