Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC is seeking a Warehouse Shift Operations Manager for a 2nd shift in Wisconsin. You will oversee daily shift activities, lead Supervisors, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing performance, coaching staff, and contributing to department budgeting. Candidates should have 2–5 years in general warehousing with supervisory experience and a strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations including selection, shipping, receiving, cross-docking and trailer loading.
• Lead Warehouse Supervisors to ensure efficient and safe warehouse activities.
• Resolve issues impacting labor standards and shift completion timelines.
• Monitor labor standards and take action to ensure targets are met.
• Manage performance appraisals and training/career development plans.
• Participate in budgeting within the department.
