Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. seeks a Director, US Internal Warehousing to lead internal warehouse operations across the U.S.

manufacturing network, based in Cherry Hill, NJ, with up to 40% travel. This role partners with Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Quality, Safety and Plant Leadership to ensure safe, efficient, compliant warehouse flows that support production, inventory accuracy and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive warehouse, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience, including leading salaried leaders and hourly teams.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations supporting manufacturing, including inbound materials, production replenishment, finished goods staging, inventory control, picking, shipping, and dock operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for internal warehouse operations in NJ and NC.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of receiving, storage, inventory management, material handling, production replenishment, staging, and shipping.
• Lead warehouse leadership teams and drive continuous improvement across facilities.
• Directly manage and develop a team of 2-3 warehouse leaders.
