• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or planning.
• Strong knowledge of supply-chain planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Warehouse, Materials, Finished Goods, Logistics, and Planning organizations and provide direction.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term warehouse, logistics, inventory, and capacity strategies.
• Own site planning activities including capacity planning, inventory strategy and production volumes.
• Ensure safe, reliable transport and warehouse operations with strong customer service and schedule adherence.
• Manage budgets and improve service, cost, productivity, and inventory control.
• Drive continuous improvement and apply Six Sigma, TPM, and related methodologies.
