Diageo’s Montgomery site is seeking a Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead finished goods warehousing, materials management, logistics, and plant planning. You will report to the Operations Director and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable movement of materials and products while meeting service, cost, inventory, quality and employee engagement goals.

Qualificações

• . Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• . Significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics or planning.
• . Strong knowledge of supply-chain planning, inventory management, logistics and warehouse operations.
• . Strong SAP/MRP and warehouse management system capability, including HighJump WMS.
• . Experience with continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
• . Excellent communication skills and safety/regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Warehouse, Materials, Finished Goods, Logistics and Planning organizations with clear direction and accountability.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term warehouse, logistics, inventory and capacity strategies.
• Own site planning activities including capacity planning, resource requirements, inventory strategy and production volumes.
• Ensure reliable finished-goods transportation and warehouse operations to achieve high service levels.
• Manage warehouse and shipping budgets balancing service, cost and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional problem solving across departments.
