Job summary

Global Furniture Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our Carrollton, TX distribution center to lead receiving, stocking, packing and shipping activities. The role focuses on accurate order processing, inventory integrity and safe operation of PIT equipment while coordinating with the General Manager on logistics issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• 5+ years warehouse operations experience with 3+ years in supervisory/management roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and safety-focused skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse personnel to receive and ship orders accurately and timely.
• Unloading, sorting, staging products and operating PIT equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse layout; lead cycle counts and audits.
• Collaborate with General Manager on shortages, damages, and logistics issues.
• Lead training, performance development, and adherence to safety policies.
