Job summary

American Food & Vending seeks a Warehouse Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You’ll manage supervisors and staff, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement to meet company goals and service standards.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 5 years in warehouse leadership, with strong knowledge of inventory systems, logistics, and safety compliance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership in warehouse or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management and distribution.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, building accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed; drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor accuracy of inventory and reduce discrepancies; optimize productivity and cost.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and service timelines.
