Job summary

American Food & Vending is seeking a Warehouse Manager to provide strategic leadership for all warehouse activities in Minnesota. You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution while driving continuous improvement, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse or distribution management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, logistics, and safety compliance.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and implement process improvements.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel occasionally if required.

Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and resolve operational challenges promptly.
May be assigned additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
