The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of development experience and a strong record of securing significant donations. The position offers an annual salary range of $225,000 - $245,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience in closing gifts of $100,000 or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a senior-level team for special, major, and principal gifts fundraising.
• Develop annual and multi-year fundraising plans.
• Achieve annual and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with university leadership and development teams.
• Participate as a member of the University Advancement’s leadership team.
