Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive product management experience with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading product organizations in healthcare technology, pharmacy tech, or digital health.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise product vision and long-term strategy.
• Lead Product Management and Clinical Program Management teams across functions.
• Oversee portfolio performance, roadmap prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive revenue growth and market leadership.
• Ensure regulatory alignment, risk management, and customer-focused outcomes.
