Job summary

Outcomes® seeks a visionary VP of Product Management to set and drive the strategic product portfolio for customers across healthcare settings. You will lead Product Management and Clinical Program Management, align initiatives with company goals, and partner with senior leadership to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Technology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership.
• Experience leading product organizations in healthcare technology, pharmacy technology, digital health, healthcare services, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, pharmacy workflows, clinical programs, and healthcare technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and inspire Product Management and Clinical Program Management teams.
• Establish departmental goals, performance expectations, talent development plans, and succession strategies.
• Own portfolio financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, investment prioritization, and return on investment.
• Define and execute the enterprise product vision and long-term product strategy.
• Partner with Clinical Services, Technology, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to implement and scale clinical programs.
