INTech seeks a hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead financial operations across the United States and Canada, strengthening accounting, reporting, and controls in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

The role partners with the President and Board, translating complex financial data into actionable strategic recommendations, improving close processes, working capital management, and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including senior management responsibility.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the company’s senior accounting and financial leader, ensuring accurate, timely and reliable financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting and forecasting across multiple sites.
• Translate financial information into practical recommendations for the President and Board.
