Job summary

Solis Mammography seeks a strategic Vice President, Corporate Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, and controllership across multiple sites. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to establish the financial infrastructure for rapid growth in a PE-backed setting.

The role requires CPA, 10+ years in accounting with senior leadership, and expertise in ASC 606/842/805, JV accounting, and multi-entity consolidation. Strong communication and team-building are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA required with 10+ years of accounting/controllership experience.
• Experience in PE-backed environments and multi-entity healthcare.
• Deep expertise in revenue recognition, lease accounting, and variances.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly/quarterly/annual close across all entities, improving cycle time.
• Deliver consolidated GAAP statements and sponsor reporting.
• Build scalable reporting at site level for operational decisions.
• Lead JV accounting, intercompany eliminations, and equity method.
• Drive automation and ERP enhancements with IT/FP&A.
