You will oversee end-to-end performance reporting, design scalable reporting processes, and collaborate with Valuation, Fund Accounting, and Portfolio Data teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in private equity, private credit, real estate or alternative asset management.
• Expertise in investor reporting and performance measurement with strong valuation reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance contact for investor performance reporting requests from investors, prospective investors, senior leadership, Investor Relations, and Fundraising.
• Manage end-to-end production of complex performance analyses (fund- and investment-level reporting).
• Produce and validate KPIs: IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, time-weighted returns, payout analyses, and customized investor reporting.
• Coordinate with Valuation, Fund Accounting, and Portfolio Data teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Develop templates, dashboards, automated reports, and reporting libraries to reduce ad hoc work.
• Manage quarterly investor reporting calendar and align with NAV close timelines.
• Lead offshore analytics resources and support system implementations and data initiatives.
