Job summary

Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) is seeking a dynamic VP, Supply Chain Operations and GPO Implementation to lead the HealthTrust GPO onboarding for new members and optimize analytics for cost savings and dashboards. Based in Plano, TX, this role partners with CEOs, COOs and CFOs to exceed service expectations and drive corporate supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience with at least 5 years supervisory.
• Lean/process improvement and/or project management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a best-in-class new membership implementation strategy to maintain and grow CHC membership.
• Lead budgeting, training, performance reviews and business reviews for the team.
• Drive core business process improvements to enhance member experience and alignment with HealthTrust GPO.
• Develop and deliver executive presentations on strategies, programs and issues.
