Job summary

Community Hospital Corporation is seeking a Corporate Director of Supply Chain, Account Management, based in our Plano, TX home office. This onsite role leads the organization’s supply chain, hospital account relationships, and contract negotiations for owned, managed, and affiliate facilities.

The role reports to the VP of Strategic Accounts and Vendor Management and focuses on savings initiatives, data-driven decisions, and leadership of the supply chain team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years healthcare experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, supply chain, or related field; or 10+ years progressive experience in healthcare supply chain.
• Strong relationships with supplier accounts and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate supply chain strategy and cost-savings initiatives.
• Oversee GPO compliance and contract negotiations.
• Manage hospital account relationships and vendor management.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site support.
• Mentor and develop supply chain team.
