Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks a strategic VP of Supply Chain Management to lead planning, design and execution of the system's supply chain and medical equipment operations. You'll establish standards, drive cost-efficient services, and partner with the GPO to maximize savings across the network.

You will oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and leadership of supply chain teams, ensuring alignment with patient-care goals and MLH values.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years progressive supply chain leadership experience in a health system or procurement.
• Ability to develop system-wide purchasing strategies and cost reduction opportunities.
• Experience leading and designing distribution models for large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, design and execution of supply chain and medical equipment operations.
• Establish standards and processes to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Direct relationship management with Group Purchasing Organization for savings opportunities.
• Oversee contracts, capital purchases, and life-cycle forecasting for medical equipment.
• Develop budgets and oversee staffing, training, and organizational capability.
• Collaborate with leadership and physicians to align supply chain with goals.
