Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• 12–15 years in finance/accounting with 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in food & beverage/CPG industry preferred; strong financial metrics.
• Experience leading IT function and enterprise tech strategy.
• GAAP/IFRS knowledge and cross‑border compliance across U.S. & Canada.
• Proficiency with SAP or Oracle and advanced analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial planning and controlling activities and support budget variance analysis.
• Lead the IT function and align tech strategy with parent company ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Company rules and procedures.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop long‑term financial strategies and capital allocation plans.
• Manage and develop finance/IT teams across geographies; drive inclusion.
• Report to CEO and Board; provide data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Protect assets and manage risk across USA and Canada geographies.
