Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Risk & Compliance to lead the organization's enterprise risk management (ERM) and second-line compliance functions. The role drives an integrated, risk-based framework to identify, assess, monitor and respond to significant enterprise and compliance risks across a complex global environment.

The VP will partner with the Office of General Counsel, Finance, Programs and other functions to ensure timely action on gaps, adapt to changing funding

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the organization's enterprise risk management framework to identify, assess, prioritize, monitor and communicate significant risks to senior leadership.
• Maintain the enterprise risk universe and focus on ~10–12 top enterprise risks requiring executive attention.
• Partner with risk owners to establish risk responses, KPIs, mitigation plans, escalation thresholds and reporting.
• Monitor changes in the risk profile and identify emerging risks from funding, regulations, technology, partnerships and strategy.
• Develop clear, decision-useful enterprise risk reporting for the executive team and the Board.
