Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services or risk management fields.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for large financial institutions.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream initiatives from design to execution.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of global CRA framework, methodology, and execution across the firm.
• Identify and assess compliance risks and ensure firmwide consistency in CRA standards.
• Engage with senior executives and cross-functional partners to articulate risk levels and recommendations.
• Deliver and report CRA results to governance committees and the JPMorgan Board.
• Assist in enhancing the CRA execution lifecycle and related control improvements.
• Support regulatory matter discussions and coordination with Internal Audit and Compliance exams.
• Manage ad hoc risk analyses and report to senior control managers.
• Develop relationships with Control Management Programs and 2nd Line functions for dependencies.
• Contribute to firmwide strategic initiatives to improve 1st line risk management.
