Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a high-impact Firmwide Compliance Risk Assessment Vice President to drive the CRA program across the firm. This role reports to a Firmwide Compliance Risk Assessor and requires excellent communication with senior executives.

You will identify and assess key compliance risks, ensure consistency in CRA standards, and lead delivery and reporting to governance bodies, including the JPMC Board. Strong collaboration across lines of business is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services across control/risk management, compliance, audit, or related areas.
• Professionalism, detail orientation, organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong presentation skills to influence decisions at firm level.
• Results-driven with ability to synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
• Adaptable in dynamic, matrixed organizations; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the global CRA framework and methodology across the firm.
• Assist in identifying and assessing JPMorgan Chase's compliance risks following CRA standards.
• Collaborate with senior executives and partners to calibrate risk levels within the CRA framework.
• Contribute to delivering and reporting CRAs to governance committees and the Board.
• Support enhancements to the CRA execution lifecycle.
• Participate in regulatory matters and support audits related to CRA implementations.
• Manage ad hoc risk and control analyses for senior control managers.
• Develop relationships across Control Management and 2nd Line functions.
