Job summary

The Village Administrator serves as the Village of Kewaskum’s chief administrative officer, responsible for the effective leadership and management of all municipal operations and the implementation of policies established by the Village Board.

This position requires an ethical, approachable, and forward‑thinking leader with demonstrated experience in municipal administration, budgeting, personnel management, strategic planning, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all municipal operations and implement policies established by the Village Board.
• Provide strategic leadership across all Village departments, ensuring efficient delivery of services and fiscal responsibility.
