The role requires strong financial acumen, team development, accountability, and collaboration with clinical leadership to drive sustainable growth.

You will oversee hospital operations, budgeting, labor management, inventory controls, and KPIs while staying connected to daily activities and offering hands-on support when needed.

Qualifications

• Veterinary hospital management experience required.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, managing performance, and developing supervisors and emerging leaders.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, including budgeting, labor management, inventory controls, and KPIs.
• Ability to analyze practice performance and translate results into effective action plans.
• A consistent track record of building accountability, strengthening workplace culture, and improving the client experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and change-management skills.
• Clinical or veterinary technician experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to remain connected to daily hospital operations and provide hands-on support when circumstances require it.
