Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• 8+ years of procurement, supply chain, or supplier relationship management experience with focus on strategic suppliers and third-party risk management.
• Proven track record delivering value through cost savings, risk reduction, and supplier performance improvements.
• Proficiency with SRM software, e-procurement platforms, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as primary contact and escalation point.
• Identify and accelerate in-contract value opportunities—performance improvement, innovation, risk reduction, and sustainability, while tracking SLAs and KPIs.
• Establish and regularly assess performance and risk metrics to ensure vendor reliability.
• Provide regular reporting on supplier performance, risks, and value creation initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead vendor meetings and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align objectives and resolve issues.
• Identify areas to create operational efficiencies and automate manual processes.
• Stay abreast of market trends, supplier capabilities, and competitive landscapes to inform sourcing decisions.
