Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Digital Supply Chain in Prime Video Partner Experience. This role partners with media fulfillment vendors and posthouse networks to drive operational excellence, adoption of innovations, and optimization of the digital supply chain ecosystem.

Qualifications

5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management experience.
3+ years of experience in media, entertainment, or digital content industries.
Experience with data analytics to inform decisions.
Experience communicating complex information to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
Proven track record managing complex vendor relationships and driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Vendor Performance Management: Audit and optimize delivery performance metrics for media fulfillment vendors.
Portfolio Strategy and Optimization: Lead portfolio strategy across regions (US, EU, APAC) and services.
Product Feature Adoption: Communicate upcoming spec and feature updates to vendors, ensuring adoption of technical specs.
Program Roadmap & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Prioritize roadmap and allocate resources across initiatives, identify risks and opportunities.
