Amazon.com Services LLC’s Prime Video is seeking a Digital Supply Chain Manager to help launch and operate linear channels with accurate metadata and timely content delivery.

You will coordinate with product, engineering, and external partners, drive process improvements, and build dashboards to track key metrics across global markets. This role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement using data and metrics.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of large-scale automation and workflow management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, merchandising, operations, program teams, and external stakeholders to launch linear channels on Prime Video.
• Track progress against goals and metrics, escalating obstacles to leadership to achieve program objectives.
• Maintain reporting and dashboards for critical metrics, providing regular updates to management.
• Execute programs with guidance from senior team members, managing content delivery and publishing workflows.
• Identify operational roadblocks and build a backlog of tooling improvements.
• Build relationships with partner teams and digital provider representatives.
• Monitor metadata quality initiatives and systems to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in process improvement efforts to optimize cross-team processes and improve delivery.
• Partner with teams in India and Costa Rica to identify, standardize, and hand over tasks that drive efficiencies and scale operations.
