Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, Vendor Management, Governance & Contract Lifecycle Management. This role provides strategic leadership for the organization’s technology vendor ecosystem, and leads the CLM platform to govern indirect purchasing contracts and vendor accounts.

You will partner with IT, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk, and business units to deliver value and risk-aware partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Governance Strategy & Leadership: Evolve and expand the global IT Vendor Governance program; set multiyear strategy and success measures.
• Contract, Financial & Commercial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and spend across the technology supplier portfolio; seek cost optimization.
• Contract Lifecycle Management Strategy & Operations: Own and evolve the enterprise CLM strategy, governance framework, and CLM platform implementation.
