Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT governance, SOX, internal controls, IT audit, or risk management.
• 7+ years of leadership in large, global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT governance and compliance strategy and operating model.
• Oversee ITGCs and monitor control design, implementation, and remediation.
• Drive KPIs, metrics, and program health for leadership decisions.
• Develop governance policies, standards, and control frameworks.
• Prepare executive reporting for Steering Committee and Board.
