Job summary

Parkland Health seeks a Vendor Management Analyst to support procurement, vendor contracting, and contract administration. You will coordinate sourcing initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include managing RFPs/RFIs, drafting vendor agreements, monitoring performance, and supporting cost optimization efforts. Two years of related experience and a CPP/CPSM-type certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least two years in contract development, vendor management, or procurement.
• Private sector or managed care experience preferred.
• Certification in procurement or purchasing management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor contracting and procurement activities, including sourcing requests and contract documentation.
• Analyze vendor performance, spend trends, and service outcomes to support sourcing decisions.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve inquiries.
• Apply procurement policies and contract terms to ensure compliant actions.
• Prepare vendor quotes and documentation to support RFP/RFQ processes.
• Interpret pricing and SLAs to assess risk and vendor accountability.
• Support vendor relationships through KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Escalate issues on performance, barriers, or compliance to leadership.
• Document process gaps and propose workflow improvements.
• Provide training on vendor contracting processes for new team members.
