Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking an IT Vendor Management Office Analyst to manage technology procurement and contract processes. This role supports Motion Industries by negotiating software, hardware, labor and security contracts and by tracking renewals and spend for cost savings.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in IT or Business and at least three years of related experience, with strong negotiation and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Three or more years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with technology procurement and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with strategic technology vendors for Motion Industries.
• Negotiate software, hardware, labor and security contracts.
• Develop contract negotiation strategies to meet IT needs.
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewals and tracking.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction from current spend.
• Validate utilization and demand with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to inform cost/benefit analysis.
• Document processes with IT VMO teammates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
