Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions is seeking a Value Chain Analyst to join the commercial finance team in Wichita, KS. You will support Koch’s fertilizer production businesses with financial analysis and cross-functional partnership to maximize results and drive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across the organization, communicate clearly with a diverse range of stakeholders, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Market Analysis, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation)

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights across commercial, logistics, operations and accounting to improve decision-making and strengthen value chain performance.
• Ensure transaction integrity, effective system stewardship, timely analysis and reliable financial reporting.
• Evaluate value chain economics, cost drivers, risk exposures, and commercial opportunities to improve profitability.
• Advance business transformation through technology, automation, AI and data-driven solutions that improve reporting and efficiency.
