• 7+ years of health care or managed care experience with a provider focus.
• 5+ years of experience leading program delivery efforts.
• 5+ years' experience improving processes and implementing efficient workflows, tools, and operating practices.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience advising executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities, operational impacts, and program-related decisions.
• Experience presenting to Senior Leadership and translating complex information into executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for specialty value-based programs and timelines.
• Evaluate program outcomes and communicate insights to executives and leaders.
• Lead strategic planning and advise on functional initiatives aligning with business goals.
• Prepare clear written communications and professional PowerPoint presentations for decisions.
