Google seeks a Strategic UX Designer for the Ecosystem Growth team to shape user experiences across multiple products, driving new opportunities and scalable design frameworks. You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact prototypes and compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value opportunities and explore net-new product innovations that drive ecosystem growth and seamlessness by addressing emerging user needs across platforms and products.
• Take ownership of early-stage, ambiguous concepts and rapidly turn them into living, high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
• Articulate design positions and challenge partners with new product design thinking utilizing excellent storytelling skills.
• Facilitate the innovation process through creative workshops, utilizing design thinking methods to align cross-functional and cross-product area partners behind a shared outlook.
• Partner across UX teams to drive these strategic directions into concrete launches and landings.
