Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is seeking a Utilization Review (UR) Coordinator for Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix, AZ.

This full-time, daytime position involves managing patient treatment activities, clinical screening of admissions, and coordinating treatment plans with the care team and external case managers. Calvary Healing Center offers comprehensive addiction treatment services, onsite detox, inpatient, PHP, and IOP programs, with opportunities for professional growth and access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, mental health, or nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
• Experience in treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Completion of Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• UR Coordinator is responsible for managing treatment activities for patients, including clinical screening of admissions and establishment of treatment plans.
• Interfacing with the treatment team, external case managers, and managed care organizations.
