Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
• Current Missouri Professional Engineer license.
• Five years of leadership experience in infrastructure systems, engineering ops, or public works.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of utility and public works projects
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss challenges and develop solutions
• Guide major capital improvement programs and long-term infrastructure investments
