Job summary

Capco in Orlando, FL is seeking a Controller for the US Region to oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance. You will partner with senior leaders and global stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of records in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office weekly and 8+ years in accounting or controllership, CPA, BA/BS in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting or controllership experience.
• Experience managing financial reporting under GAAP.
• Strong communication across stakeholders and functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong financial controls to ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Own monthly financial reporting with variance analysis across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits.
• Partner with Global Finance, Wipro Finance, and cross-functional teams on forecasting, planning, tax reporting, and process improvements.
