Job summary

Quantum Systems Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager to serve as the primary interface between Program Management and Operations functions for UAV programs.

You will ensure operational readiness, schedule alignment, and seamless execution across the full program lifecycle. This role collaborates with Planning, Configuration Management, Production, and Fulfillment to deliver hardware on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Operations and/or Project Management, ideally aerospace/defense environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaborative problem-solving skills with ability to influence across functions.
• Experience in a highly technical, engineering-driven environment.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to engage with internal teams and government customers.
• Prior experience with DoD programs or contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Operations activities across the lifecycle of assigned UAV programs.
• Partner with Configuration Management and Planning teams for accurate part setup and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Sustaining Engineering and Program Management to align on requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate Operations risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage interdependencies.
• Establish and report production priorities with Planning and Operations leadership.
• Provide timely status updates on hardware delivery progress and schedule adherence.
• Lead Operations-focused program meetings and reviews with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Work with Supply Chain to ensure flow-down of requirements to suppliers of critical components.
• Maintain understanding of product requirements and ensure compliance during execution.
• Manage scope changes and communicate impacts to leadership and Program Management.
