The role requires deep treasury experience in nonprofit settings, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to the leadership and board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or CPA designation is a plus
• 8–10+ years of treasury, cash management, or financial operations experience; nonprofit experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and optimization for grants and operations
• Develop liquidity strategies aligned with funding cycles and investment policies
• Manage treasury policies, procedures, and controls
• Serve as liaison with banking partners and oversee bank accounts and fees
• Evaluate treasury technology and banking solutions to streamline operations
• Monitor daily cash position and fund transfers across accounts
• Collaborate with investment team to manage investment-related cash movements
• Monitor liquidity of investment portfolios for disbursements and commitments
• Support audits and financial reporting related to treasury operations
• Collaborate across departments to ensure treasury policies support cross-functional needs
