Job summary

Horizon Credit Union seeks a Vice President of Treasury to lead ALM, liquidity, and investment strategy, working with the CFO and senior leadership. You will guide pricing, capital deployment, and loan participation strategies, while managing risk and regulatory compliance across the Treasury function.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of treasury or liquidity management/risk experience, including five years in management.
• Experience with liquidity stress testing, risk management and/or asset-liability management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset-liability management, liquidity and funding strategy, and investment portfolio management.
• Lead financial risk activities and reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Partner with CFO to drive investment and funding decisions and balance sheet management.
• Provide strategic leadership for capital markets, hedging strategies, and budgeting.
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, stress tests, and performance metrics.
