Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Cash Lead / Treasury Manager to own day-to-day cash management across the shared services model. You will manage cash position, forecasting, reconciliations, and drive bank governance across OKC and Dyersburg, collaborating with CFO, FP&A, and plant teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with treasury workflows, and a focus on audit readiness and internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of treasury, cash management, or related finance experience.
• Experience with bank portals, online payment platforms, and treasury workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets.
• Experience in manufacturing/shared services environment preferred.
• Exposure to internal audit or SOX-style controls is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain the daily cash position and liquidity.
• Coordinate payment execution within approved workflows.
• Administer bank portal access and documentation with audit readiness.
• Prepare short-term cash forecasts with stakeholders.
• Lead recurring cash calls and align funding priorities.
• Perform or coordinate bank reconciliations and resolve items.
• Support month-end close related to cash and reporting.
• Monitor treasury controls and bank governance.
