Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling in Oklahoma City is seeking a Cash Lead / Treasury Manager to own daily cash management across the shared services model, including cash positioning, forecasting, bank portal administration, cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, related close support, and leadership of recurring cash calls.

This role is critical to maintain visibility over daily liquidity, support timely disbursements, drive alignment on short-term funding needs and priorities, and strengthen audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 4+ years in treasury or cash management.
• Experience with bank portals, payment platforms, and treasury workflows.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on in internal controls, SOX-style controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily cash position and near-term liquidity planning.
• Coordinate payment execution within dual-approval workflows.
• Administer bank portals, user access, and audit-ready documentation.
• Create short-term cash forecasts and liaise with AP/AR and stakeholders.
• Lead recurring cash calls and align on funding priorities.
• Perform or coordinate bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Improve cash application, timing, and subledger health with teams.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure treasury controls and bank governance meet audit standards.
• Identify process improvements to enhance visibility and discipline.
