The Cleveland Foundation is seeking a strategic treasury and investment professional to oversee the Foundation's investment program, enhance fiduciary stewardship, and translate complex financial concepts for leadership, donors, and the board.

Reporting to the SVP, Finance, Investments & Treasurer, you will guide treasury operations, liquidity management, and external partnerships, driving sustainable growth and mission-aligned impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in investments, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in investments.
• Strong mastery in Excel modeling, Bloomberg Terminal, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for senior leadership and boards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fiduciary oversight of treasury and investment program.
• Support treasury operations, liquidity management, risk monitoring, and reporting to leadership and committees.
• Manage relationships with external advisors, managers, custodians, and donors; communicate investment perspectives.
