Dead River Company in South Portland, ME seeks a strategic Director of Treasury & Finance Operations to lead Treasury, Tax, and Accounts Payable with CFO reporting.

You will guide cash management, tax planning, acquisition integration, and financial close processes, while developing teams and delivering covenants and insights to executive leadership.

Hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 remote, offering visibility across the organization and opportunity to shape enterprise financial strategy.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Tax, and Financial Operations.
• Experience with acquisition integration and cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop finance talent.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic oversight across Treasury, Tax, and Accounts Payable.
• Lead cash management, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting.
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and audits to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Drive acquisition integration and post-merger financial integration.
• Mentor finance professionals and partner with business leaders.
