Job summary

Highgate Hotels L.P. is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Las Colinas Shared Service Center in Irving, TX.

You will manage treasury support for a multi-property portfolio, maintain records, and lead process improvements to optimize cash flow across the hotel portfolio. The role requires deep knowledge of treasury operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with corporate and property teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in a multi-unit treasury environment, preferably lodging/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury support for an assigned portfolio of properties, including research requests and banking inquiries.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and develop procedures and documentation.
• Serve as backup for Treasury team and support during peak periods and special projects.
• Manage KYC requirements for designated properties, including documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate armored car, vault, and payroll drawdown services for properties.
• Initiate and review electronic fund transfers ( wires, ACHs, etc.) with internal controls.
• Maintain bank signature cards and other banking documents.
• Monitor bank fees and earnings credit rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review daily cash positions and assist with funding resolutions.
• Evaluate short-term investment opportunities and cash optimization strategies.
• Manage bank account lifecycle activities (open/close/modify).
• Collaborate with IT and banking partners on Oracle payment processing issues.
• Perform other duties and process improvements as needed.
