Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead strategic treasury initiatives across its corporate and portfolio operations. You will manage daily treasury activities, banking relationships, cash management, compliance, and project delivery, collaborating across Accounting, IT, Shared Services and hotel operations.

The role requires a 7+ year track record in treasury or related fields, strong PM skills, and experience with TMS and ERP (Oracle preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business or related.
7+ years of treasury, banking or treasury tech experience.
Strong PM experience with cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with TMS/ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and banking platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead treasury initiatives to improve efficiency, controls, and scalability.
Manage treasury system implementations and enhancements.
Oversee bank account onboarding and merchant ID onboarding for hotel transitions.
Collaborate with banks/service providers on treasury products and cash strategies.
Ensure compliance with policies, banking regulations, and SOX controls.
Prepare executive-level project updates, KPI reports and training plans.
Develop and mentor a high-performing treasury team.
