Job summary

TexasBank in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Treasury Analyst I to forecast, plan, and analyze financial data. The role develops models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and key metrics, supporting budgeting and strategic initiatives.

You will present findings to senior management and support audits and regulatory requests. Responsibilities include ALCO participation, scenario analysis, and monitoring interest-rate risk and liquidity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in treasury, FP&A, banking, ALM, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and analytical software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, market trends, and economic indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain forecasting, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and other key models.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and strategic planning.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct scenario analysis, risk evaluation, and interest rate sensitivity modeling.
• Support ALCO processes and management reporting; participate in meetings.
• Maintain documentation for Model Risk, SOX, internal and external audits.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses across departments as needed.
