Qualifications

• Experience performing Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, or enterprise environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst scope for RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE; analyze datasets and document reproducible findings.
• Collect, validate, normalize, and document source data, assumptions, rules, performance measures, and analysis method.
• Perform analysis, modeling, estimates, scenarios, reconciliations, or requirements mapping and retain reproducible working papers.
• Review findings with stakeholders, resolve data exceptions, evaluate alternatives, and document decisions.
