Mercedes-Benz USA, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Procurement Advisor to lead strategic outbound transportation/procurement and the end-to-end RFP process for related commodities. The role drives sourcing strategies, conducts negotiations, and partners with Legal to finalize contracts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement or related fields with strong data analysis, business insight, and excellent communication. German skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field with SCM/ISCM focus.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, contracting, or related fields.
• Strong data analysis, trend identification and cross-source synthesis.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced environment; German skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop national sourcing strategy plans and contracting methodologies.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes and supplier selection.
• Forecast and manage RD-MP KPIs: savings, efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure contracting readiness with Legal and executive management.
