You will partner with Operations, Finance, Accounting and Technology to build the transportation experience of the future and influence long-term strategy with advanced financial modeling.

This role requires dissecting complex data, delivering insightful analyses, and leading planning cycles across monthly, quarterly and annual horizons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business.
• Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience with SQL for data mining and BI.
• Strong financial modeling and statistical analysis.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Loaded Drive Time and their associated $ impact.
• Track the implementation of Loaded Drive Time strategy and guide on the updates required during each planning cycle.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning cycles including narrative for strategy and action plan.
• Perform Trade-Off Analysis among Loaded Drive Time and TPA and Supply Mix.
• Analyze cost out initiatives and support business leaders for effective execution.
• Have backbone, disagree and commit to foster constructive dialogues, harmonize conflicting views, resolve issues, and drive decisions.
